Feather Brows are a soft, natural-looking enhancement that uses about 7–10 delicate hair strokes per brow. Instead of creating a bold or makeup-filled look, this technique simply adds a touch of airy fullness to sparse areas. Think of it as a “your brows, but better” glow-up—light, feathery, and effortless.

✨ Feather Brows vs. Microblading/Shading

While microblading and shading are designed to give a full, dense brow with a defined shape (typically 20–30 strokes per brow, sometimes outside your natural brow line), Feather Brows are the minimalist’s dream. The strokes are spaced farther apart, which keeps them from blending together over time, ensuring they stay looking natural and soft.

• Microblading → Bold, dense, defined brows.

• Shading → A filled-in, makeup-like background shadow.

• Feather Brows → Subtle, airy density without a whole new shape.

This option is also more cost-effective, heals quicker, and only requires touch-ups every 6–24 months, depending on your skin and preferences.

✨Who’s a Good Candidate?

Feather Brows are perfect if you:

• Already have a good amount of natural brow hair

• Don’t want a bold or dramatic look

• Aren’t looking for a brand-new shape

• Just need a little soft fill-in (like covering a sparse spot or tiny gap)

🚫 Who Isn’t a Candidate?

This service may not be the best fit if you have:

• Very little to no natural brow hair

• Mature or loose skin

• Very uneven brows that would need full reshaping

• Previous Permanent Makeup on the brow area (unless fully faded)

​What Feather Brows Entails as a Service and How Can I Book?

• Very similar to a Microblading service- you will be pre-numbed and we will discuss shaping and color and where we want the strokes to go. You will also receive 7 day aftercare. This service also requires a 4-8 week touch up appointment to reline the strokes. This second appointment is only recommended for your first time and will only be a one and done 6month-24month refresh touchup appointment in the future. AFTER e-mailing a photo of your current brows to BloominBrows@gmail.com to make sure you qualify- I will send you booking instructions!
